Pink pepper mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 40 g egg yolk
- 5 g pink pepper
- 10 g mustard
- 2 g wasabi
- 4 drops tabasco
- 20 g lime juice
- 3 g salt
- 200 g neutral oil I use sunflower oil
Instructions
- Mix the egg yolk with the pink pepper, the mustard, the wasabi, the tabasco, the lime juice and the salt. Now blend this till smooth.
- Then add the neutral oil and blend it till fully emulsified. After that transfer it into a piping bottle and keep it in your fridge for later.Â
