MoldBrothers

MoldBrothers and I push culinary creativity to new heights. They offer a wide range of products – from 2D and 3D molds to stencils and specialty tools – ideal for both oven and (shock) freezer. We created multiple silicone molds together that can handle temperatures between -40 °C and +200 °C. The team behind MoldBrothers is young and visionary, shaping tools that fine dining chefs need. They empower food professionals to tell authentic stories, spark bold concepts, and serve unforgettable dishes. I love how their designs open doors to ideas I never imagined.

Olavson

I’m proud to partner with Olavson for all my pans. Thanks to the copper core, they heat quickly and evenly, giving me precise control over every dish. This construction balances durability (with stainless steel layers) and cutting-edge performance. Olavson even offers a PFAS-free non-stick layer that can be replaced rather than wasting a good pan. If you prefer pure copper, they’ve got you covered there too. And for slow-cooking, their cast-iron braadpannen retain heat beautifully. I love how each piece fits seamlessly into my kitchen, combining innovation and sustainability. With Olavson, great tools mean great results.

J.L Coquet

All my tableware is from J.L Coquet. Founded in 1824 near Limoges, they’re known for porcelain with exquisite delicacy, regarded as some of the finest in the world. Each piece undergoes nearly twenty steps, blending advanced techniques and skilled craftsmanship. The result? Stunning tableware that won’t fade and will last for a very, very long time. Their dedication to French Art de Vivre brings elegance to my table, and I’m honored to serve my creations on such exceptional porcelain.

BORA

BORA transformed my kitchen studio with innovative appliances that merge style, efficiency, and performance. Their integrated cooktop extractor system keeps my workspace smoke-free (and video shots calmer!), while the BORA X BO steam oven delivers incredible precision with lightning speed. Thanks to this brand, I enjoy clean air, flexibility, and pro-level cooking, all in one.

Kitchen Art Studios

The Kitchen Art Studios designed my new studio with an artist’s eye and a chef’s mindset. They believe a kitchen is more than a functional space, and I couldn’t agree more. I love how they combined premium materials, smart layout, and custom-build elements to create a stunning environment that supports my professional workflow. It’s a true statement piece, reflecting both beauty and practicality.

Meesterslijpers

I get my Japanese chef’s knives from Meesterslijpers, a family-run shop in Amsterdam that started as a knife-sharpening service over 40 years ago. They’ve since evolved into a full-fledged cooking store and engraving studio, known for quality products, fair pricing, and honest advice.
